• Your answers to the qualifying questions on the booking form, which cover your background, your timeline and where you are with your business
• Anything else you choose to tell us by email or on a call

We do not sell products and we do not take payments through this website, so we never collect or store your card or bank details here.

• Pages viewed, time on page and the link or ad that referred you
• Cookie and pixel data, described in the next section
• A recording of your session on the page, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, captured by the analytics tool named below

Cookies and tracking technologies

This website uses the following third-party tools, each of which may set cookies or receive information about your visit:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising). The pixel records page views and lets us measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited this site.
• Calendly. Our booking calendar is embedded from Calendly, which processes the details you enter when you schedule a call. Calendly's own privacy policy governs that processing.
• Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors move through our pages, including clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and replays those sessions so we can see where the page is confusing. Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default. Microsoft may also use this data in line with its own privacy statement.
• Cloudflare. Our website is hosted and served through Cloudflare, which processes request data such as your IP address in order to deliver and secure the site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly, visit optout.aboutads.info. You can also adjust your ad preferences inside your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Third-party services

The providers named above process information on our behalf so we can run this website, schedule calls and advertise. They are permitted to use your information only to provide those services to us. We may also share information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Data retention

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing ismael@peptiblueprint.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy
• Ask us to correct or delete your data
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by replying to ask
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do
